At our Homebuyers Orientation, you will receive information about NeighborWorks Columbus’ homebuyer education and counseling program. In addition, we offer other services such as financial counseling, down payment assistance, credit-rebuilding and low interest home loans. You will be required to bring with you $18.00 for individuals or $30.00 for married couples so that we may process your credit report. However, you will also schedule an appointment to come back to complete an assessment of your credit report.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins. There will be no admittance into the classroom after 6:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you! We are located at 18 Eleventh Street (Downtown) and right next to Old Siam (the old Tavern on the Square), Columbus, GA 31901. We look forward to seeing you!
